Our office accepts most dental insurance plans and we are preferred provider for Washington Dental Service, Delta Dental (not DeltaCare) and Regence.
We will do everything we can to help patients understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. We will contact the insurance company to verify your benefits and limitations, complete and submit dental claims for you. Requesting a pre-determination of benefits from your insurance company can give you a better idea of your out of pocket expense prior to your treatment. Our office can file one for you upon request. Please bring all insurance information with you on your first visit.
Patients are fully responsible for payment regardless of your insurance coverage. We will file insurance claim for you. Statements are usually sent out after we receive the payment from the insurance company. Please note that accounts not paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice are subject to a 1.5 % monthly finance charge.
We accept cash, check, major credit cards and debit cards. We can also help to arrange payment plan for you.
